Massage  therapy has been used to reduce muscle fatigue, promote growth, and relieve pain.  It has been effective in reducing tension and anxiety.   Massage also improves mobility, strength and endurance.

I provide therapeutic, relaxation and chair massage in the comfort of your home or at Hot Heads salon, located in Macedonia.
